Montessori Programs

Montessori is carefully designed to bring out the best in individuals and connect them with others. We take the time to know each child, to plot out a course for their natural development, to observe how they are doing, and to work with their interests to build on their strengths.

Primary Children’s House

Children ages 3 to 6 learn through their senses and absorb information effortlessly through movement and hands-on materials. We focus on the development of the whole child – socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.

Highlawn Elementary

Montessori education at Highlawn does not end with the Children’s House experience. It continues into the child’s elementary years constantly focused on the changing developmental needs of the child.

Supplementary Programs

In addition to our traditional scheduled classes, Highlawn Montessori also offers options to working parents or those who occasionally need additional hours of care for their children.
